How to Arrive at the Property - from Airport

By Metro

From the Airport to Monastiraki Station:

Take the Metro Line 3 (Blue Line) from the airport. The metro station is located at the airport. Please follow the signs for the metro when you come to the baggage claim area.

Board the train heading towards “Dimotiko Theatro”.

Stay on the train until you reach Monastiraki Station. This should take approximately 40 minutes.

Get off at the stop, Monastiraki Station.

From Monastiraki to Pallados 21:

Exit the Monastiraki Station towards Themidos and Miaouli Street.

Walk along Miaouli Street and turn right onto Pallados Street. It’s a short walk of about 3 minutes.

By Taxi

Taxis are readily available at the airport. Follow the signs to the taxi stand, which is located outside the arrivals area.

A taxi ride from the airport to Pallados 21 will take approximately 35-40 minutes, depending on traffic.

The fare should be around 38-54 EUR during the day and slightly higher at night (between midnight and 5 AM).

By Bus:

From the Airport to Syntagma Square:

Take the X95 Express Bus from the airport. The bus stop is located between Exits 4 and 5 of the Arrivals Level.

Stay on the bus until you reach Syntagma Square. This journey takes about 60 minutes.

From Syntagma Square to Pallados 21:

From Syntagma Square, walk to the nearby Monastiraki Station (about a 10-minute walk).

Follow the same walking directions from Monastiraki Station as mentioned above.

Shuttle Service (Paid Service)

The best option is through a private transfer with a local verified driver, including a tour.

How to Arrive at the Property - from Piraeus Port

By Metro

From Piraeus Port to Monastiraki Station:

Walk to the Piraeus Metro Station. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the port.

Take the Metro Line 1 (Green Line) from Piraeus Station.

Board the train heading towards Kifisia.

Stay on the train until you reach Monastiraki Station. This journey takes approximately 20 minutes.

From Monastiraki Station to Pallados 21:

Exit the Monastiraki Station towards Themidos and Miaouli Street.

Walk along Miaouli Street and turn right onto Pallados Street. It’s a short walk of about 3 minutes.

By Taxi

Taxis are available at the Piraeus Port. Follow the signs to the taxi stand, which is located at the port’s exit.

A taxi ride from Piraeus Port to Pallados 21 will take approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic.

The fare should be around 25-30 EUR during the day and slightly higher at night (between midnight and 5 AM).

By Bus:

From Piraeus Port to Piraeus Station:

Walk to the nearby bus stop at the port.

Take Bus 049 from the port to Omonoia Square. This journey takes about 25 minutes.

From Omonoia Square to Monastiraki Station:

From Omonoia Square, you can either walk to Monastiraki (about a 15-minute walk) or take the Metro Line 1 (Green Line) from Omonoia Station to Monastiraki Station (one stop).

From Monastiraki Station to Pallados 21:

Exit the Monastiraki Station towards Themidos and Miaouli Street.

Walk along Miaouli Street and turn right onto Pallados Street. It’s a short walk of about 3 minutes.

Tips:

Make sure to validate your metro or bus ticket upon purchase to avoid fines.
Keep an eye on your belongings, especially in busy areas like the metro and Monastiraki Square.

If you have a lot of luggage, a taxi might be the most convenient option.

How to Check-in at the Property

Step 1: Access the building though Typing the Pin to the Electronic Keyboard

To Enter the building you must locate the electronic keyboard on the right side of the glass door – by the wall – and type the correct pin code that we will provide to you upon booking confirmation.

Step 2: Take the Elevator to Floor #3

Get inside the Elevator and press #3. Stay away from the closing door. Only 4 people are allowed per trip.

Step 3: Get the Key from the Lockbox

As you exit the elevator you will find the apartment’s door on your right side.

Next to the door, on the right side, you will find an lockbox.

  1. Scroll down the black hatch.
  2. Type the code from the left to the right. (The pin will be provided upon the cleaning  process has been finished.)
  3. Press down the black lever on the left side of the first number in the sequence with one hand and pull towards you the black hatch with the other one. They keys are inside the lockbox.
  4. Close the lockbox, Change the Password, Use the key to open the door

 

Hot Water

We are using an automatic timer to keep the water hot following our sustainability vision. 

To have how water open the Electric Board on the top right corner of the Television, and press the Small Grey button with the #23.

After 15 min you will have hot water.
